You Have To Live By Your Thoughts

You can move forward or backward in life. It really is your choice.
Your every thought does affect the direction that your life takes,
whether you like that idea or not.
Your brain is similar to a computer. At least in the sense of 'garbage
in, garbage out'. If you feed your brain rubbish, guess what you're
going to get out of it?
Thoughts do have a huge effect on your life. If you are not achieving
what you think you should be then start looking for what's wrong by
analysing your dominant thoughts. Try to eliminate any negative thought
patterns. Do your very best to change your thinking into positive
channels.
You have exactly the same potential for change as anyone else. All you
have to do is accept that you can change and then have the
determination to make that change happen. There will be obstacles in
your path. Don't kid yourself that it will be easy. But remember, any
positive changes you make will be life-enhancing.
You'll find plenty of self-help and self-development material both
Online and offline. Just remember that however much of that material
you immerse yourself in, it won't do you any good unless you take
action. You must apply what you learn to reap positive changes in your
life.
To help to make the positive a permanent part of your life you should
start by trying to see the positive in everything and everyone. This
may seem a tall order, but just imagine how much better you will feel
by doing this.
Try to find as many opportunities as possible to compliment people
rather than trying to find fault. By doing this you'll find people will
be more positive towards you which will, in turn, help you to feel more
positive about yourself.
If you start to practice the above you will probably be amazed at how
much easier your life will become. You will start to feel 'in flow'
rather than 'swimming against the tide'.
Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day. Just make changes a step at a
time. Set yourself small targets. Each small target you hit will be one
more to add to the larger target you're aiming at. By aiming to make
the positive a permanent part of your life, you will getting into the
positive habit - and once it becomes habit, it will become effortless.
